one fine day, 4 girls went to serangoon gardens in search for dinner. we were young and adventurous and thus decided to go against the norm ( which was to eat at chomp chomp, c'mon who doesn't eat at cc when they go to sg? well, we do :)) so, we were walking and walking and came across this classy looking place that serves cheap western food.

my mama used to tell me not to judge a book by its cover. she's hell right man. and did i forget to mention that the place had a weird smell ( smells like golden mile, if you ever, for some strange reason, been there b4) but nevertheless, with great girls, great food and great topics...nothing could have been better! yay we!

er, hello people. I seriously think that my blog is really dead. lol, with only 10 post in 2007? pathetic huh? :D

anw, BBOOOM! we're alrdy in the second mth of 2008 & CNY is here again!! roar. i still cant accept the fact that time is passing so fast. I'm like idling most of the time. sigh. Do smth serious, kai hong! Argh..i think i need to have a good time management...

i need to...
1. read more books
2. read more newspapers
3. practice my piano & saxo more frequently.
( since p. exam is coming up& i can't afford to fail it cos it's way too ex. ; cos Xinfony VIII is coming up soon in another 50+ more days! xD)
4. hand in hw on time & stop "can kao-ing" other ppl's work.
5. have time for revision & play!

hmm, thats all bah. Lol, and there're like so many nice movies this mth!!! gonna watch kungfu dunk & L change the world, hopefully :)

Talento V Concert (9 dec 07)

To those who didn't went for this concert.. hah! you've just missed a chance to watch me perform. :p probably have to wait till next yr! Anw, it was one great experience.. hope there's more awaiting for me :D oh, and before our performance was extremely nerve wrecking.. cos we weren't confident of our performance.. fearing that we'll forget our parts .. fearing that we're not together..blahblahblah.. anw, the whole performance was okay i guess.. although we played alot of wrong notes .. and we even took turns to screw up our parts. how nice? but heard from strangers/friend's friend that it was nice.. so i'm contented. =) Choir was ok too. but i think i sang out of pitch. haha.. it was a tiring day and i ended up with 6 blisters on my feet!

this will be my last post before going to shanghai from 19-28 dec. so ppl enjoy the last few weeks of the holiday! merry christmas in advance ;p

Hello people, I feel like updating more often in order to compensate the time when I’ve neglected my blog.. haha.. so please don’t say I’m lazy or what. Anw, I can’t believe that half of the holidays is over! Omg, and still have lots to do.. holiday homework is still half way through though. Hope I can finish it before leaving for shanghai.

Anw, I’ve just came back from another 2 and a half days of Confidence Communicator program. Sounds stupid rite? & it was damn boring.. empower u was way better.. hope I can revisit again next time! And call others along too! Hehe. :D suddenly realized that there’s still 4 more sessions left until mindchamps is over. =(

Anw, there will be an edvox music school concert coming up! It’s called Talento if I’m not wrong. Haha, and I’ll be playing a piano duet and singing in a choir! Cool right? I can’t wait man.. but also hope I won’t screw up like I normally do.. anybody interested to go pls contact me..

Hello!
My mum jus signed me up for this one month mindchamps program which teaches you alot of study techniques, goal settings, time management and stuffs. and i've been there for 2 lessons.
haha, and i just came back from the 2 and a half day Empower U program! It teaches ppl life skills..and i can say that the program rocks! It's unlike other camp, it may change ur life lol. Amazing huh?Did alot of dancing!(my fav part of the program(;) haha, I esp like the 2nd day when we had a mass dance.. and my whole class jus hopped onto the stage and dance like crazy? something like asean dance but the feeling is different..yeah!it was damn shiok ;) Brent's stories were interesting and taki was funny too.
oh, and i jus realised mark is in st pats band playing the flute. *jaw drops haha. anw i'm off to sch for maths fest bye!

是累的lor!!
today was a really exhausting day. but i shall persist to type this before i get my sleep!
haha, had a cute dream last night. imagine having small rabbits/hamsters/chicks as ur pets running around in ur hse.. i mean really small ones.. exactly like those sold in gift a name.. which is bout 10 times smaller than ur palm.haha. And i ended up drooling when i woke up =/

wahaha.

During the evening, huiting & I went for the mid-autumn fest in sch.. practically dragged myself there cos i have jus woken up from a nap lol. performance was great.. esp the one by the china scholars lol. It made my hairs stand , not because it's sucky or what ,HT. woo.. fast fwd to the pomelo competition! Our grp consist of HT,Me, 2 xmp boys (who are so cute >.<) & 2 parents. haha, the funny part was the feeding part. Apparantly HT didn't uds my english, or maybe there was a miscommunication.. i told her to take out a piece of pomelo & feed me ( cos one of the rules of the game was that those being fed are not allowed to touch it) haha and i think Ht didnt hear me as it was so noisy at that time.. so i had to choice but to eat the pomelo which was still inside the plastic bag.. w/o using my hand.. and she accused me of biting her fingers lol... =.=! fast fwd.. after the celebration we went to play with sparklers and candles! so fun~~~ :D:D

ytd was F.U.N funnnnn lol. Ndp celebrations in sch was so high!! For the first time! Haha, our whole class participated actively as well as the whole school :D really enjoyed singing the songs and running around the entire sch hall. yay 301 rocks

after school went to celebrate yi yong's birthday, and mine in advance :)

At night, We(me, jos, unique, mad& limin) went to the Asean dance @ marriot hotel. We were an hour late becos we took a long time to makeup lol.. and we even got mixed up with the place. haha, anw here are the pics..

Hello, i'm back again.. :D
i know i'm slow at this but syf is over and we managed to clinch the gold medal :D
i miss syf! esp the moment when the results were announced and when we knew that our hard work was being paid off! the sense of achievement!! sigh.
This remind me of my mid year results. yeah, i did ok i think. But still feel that i didn't do my best ): esp in geog, which was one of my best subject but it became my worst =/ hmm, overall mid yr was kinda bad..but since it's already over i'll not talk about it. haha.
rah, so there was band on wed.
and the BLs announced the new band committee. haha, was kinda shocked when i was appointed as the librarian =.= this means that more work is coming esp when we're preparing for Xinfony concert! which is held on the 13th july. hah, can't wait.
well, june holidays are coming yeah!! which means that i don't have to get up early in the morning!! wooho! looking forward to rjc camp and class outing!! :D

Junior band fest is over on sat!
At first i thought the standing up part MR.D made us do was stupid,

1. DRAMA COMPETITION
204 WON! (: though we didn't did as well as the auditions.
but nvm, someone's gonna treat me a meal anyway.. =DD

2. 5 shang hai students joined our class for two weeks.

"ba-si-ta" translated to eng,
it means.. you know what. haha.

3. XINMIN STORY and LANTERNS NEVER GO OUT at kallang theatre
we're given the free $10 tickets.
went there in a group of 14 people. dat's alot!
saw limin they all on the way.. which makes about 20+ people.
haha. LANTERNS NEVER GO OUT was nice except some parts whr i dun really
understand while XINMIN STORY is quite boring. heh,but good job and effort put in
by the actors and actresses and stage crew -.-!

i was forced to go to the ensemble festival ytd by yi yong!
GRr. anyway it didn't turn out quite bad..
our whole section went.. except for hou yu..
and we kept teasing mabel and terence. LOL
the beginning part where all the schools were playing was kinda boring..
just think that our french horns could do much better..
after was the saxophone performance!

regretted going out with the 4 couples plus Emeline ytd..

the pw presentation was "wonderful" man..

ours was more than an hour.
stand until my legs were aching..

washed the charcoal..

HAIZ.
now i think life is HARD.
Sherina told me that during chi lesson..
after hearing i was like So damn depressed n tired.
i don't know whether it's true.
or issit a made up one..
but both are my friends.
n the main problem i think lies with me.
i'm the cause of it.ARGH.
i don't wish they'll become enemies jus because of me.=(
apart from that..
i feel vry stressed up ever since i came to xms.
ARG.i don't know why lah but
i really can't take it anymore!
hai.i talked to my mum..
she's like scolding and scolding n nagging n nagging lah.
i can't communicate well with her.
maybe she'll let me quit tuition so that i can have more time to rest.
i hope so.

and only limin knows about it.
thank you girl for your moral support.
i won't break down easily...

yesterday was BLAH!
i stayed back for band auditions. =(
XMchorale was busy selling roses
Media Club busy with song dedications.
everyone like so busy. lol.
went to the band.
the instructor call me play the saxophone..
haiz. i dunno how to play..
lol..
either no sound came out or not the right sound.
lol. that sec 1 boy keep laughing lah.
*GRRRR!! lol..
ended up around 6 plus. hahas.
i didn't know i haven't eat my lunch. =X!
lol..den saw xinyi, angeline n madelene with some choir ppl at the canteen..
hahas. sat down n talked.. =D
they received so much money just by selling roses n sweets..
hahas. after that walked to the bus stop with wanling. =)
dat's my v day. so sad hor Jia WEI?

today.
during PW kenny dunno say wat so funny lah..
stupid der. i had nose bleeding lah..
last 3 words were "..liu bi xue".
den i felt something coming out of my nose the moment he say tt lah. lol..
disgusting xia. hahas
then asked for tissue no one have.
den quickly run out of class covering my nose at the same time.
later other ppl see liao faint wor.hahas.
went to wash up.EEEEE RR!
so disgusting. took lots of tissue.
bleah. then saw dawn *ahem at the toilet.
she shocked. hahas. =x!
so sian ar.
i bought the KALEIDOSCOPE ticket!
it's the 3rd night lah.
wanted the 2nd day..choir n band.. nicer..
but have to support all.. hahas.
choir, band,guzheng n chi dance.
hahas. looks like not many ppl going lah.
so sad. hai.
